ecec Award

Submissions to the ECEC Award 2021 are starting now!

We are again looking for inspirational compliance and ethics projects from all over Europe that can serve as a role model for the compliance community. Fill out our nomination form to submit your own project or a colleague's initiative for the ECEC Award 2021. All submissions will be reviewed by our independent jury of experts and the best project will be awarded during ECEC 2021 in October.

Requirements for the nomination of a project:

  • You can nominate projects from organisations and companies as well as individuals from across Europe.
  • Candidates can be profit-oriented (corporations) or non-profits (NGOs, associations etc.)
  • The project must have been started within the last two years.
  • If you are submitting the project on behalf of another person, he/she must have agreed to the sharing of his/her data.
  • The submission period ends on 15 August 2021.

About the ecec Award

The ECEC Award aims to recognise and honour exceptional compliance efforts who are an inspiration to the worldwide compliance community. Our jury is looking for individual projects undertaken as part of an organisation’s compliance programme which demonstrate successful outcomes and an innovative approach. This could include a creative compliance communications campaign, a sophisticated KPI measurement model or a challenging internal change management project.

The winner of the ECEC Award will be chosen by a jury of experienced compliance, ethics & integrity experts. Jury members will nominate projects from organisations and companies as well as individuals from across Europe. The jury will present the ECEC Award to the winner at the awards ceremony at the end of the ECEC 2021 on 6th October2021.

Le Groupe La Poste

The ECEC Award 2020 has been awarded to Le Le Groupe La Poste for its MyEthics app and Ethics Barometer. This is the first time the Award has been presented at the European Compliance & Ethics Conference. The international jury recognised the important contribution of the French Post Office in educating each and every employee - from mail carrier to manager - on the ethical principles and values of the company. The Award, founded by EQS Group as organiser of the first European Compliance Conference, aims to increase awareness of outstanding and innovative compliance projects.

The inaugural ECEC Award 2020 was awarded to Le Groupe La Poste for its MyEthics app and Ethics Barometer. The international jury was impressed by how Le Groupe La Poste ensured that every employee - from mail carrier to manager – was educated on the ethical principles and values of the company. The Award, founded by EQS Group as organiser of the first European Compliance Conference, aims to increase awareness of outstanding and innovative compliance projects.

Professor Dr. Christian Hauser from the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons explained the jury's decision:"With their proactive approach and willingness to change from a rule-based to a value-based corporate culture, Le Groupe La Poste is a deserving winner of the ECEC Award."
