In this panel our panelists will discuss whether regulations like the CSR Directive or the Supply Chain Act are necessary to act correctly and ethically, i.e. whether we are forced by laws to be good. Or whether ethical behaviour should be a basic principle of every company / person. In doing so, we will reflect on the presentations of the last two days to see what refute or strengthen this thesis.
